We have been building a manufacturing environment according to the needs such as downsizing and cleaning of semiconductor packages. Also, we have high-clean class working environment (Class100) which is necessary for packaging of image sensor. Besides, we have various assessment and evaluating equipment which support the product development phase to mass production, and thus, we are able to meet various customer needs quickly.
