As a semiconductor assembly factory, we have been manufacturing a wide variety of products and developing necessary equipment for over 40 years since our establishment. We offer one-stop support which completes all processes - from wafer test and dicing, up to package, module assembly and final test - in one place. Under a consistent management system, with timely output, we support our customers product plans from the product development phase to mass production.

We have been building a manufacturing environment according to the needs such as downsizing and cleaning of semiconductor packages. Also, we have high-clean class working environment (Class100) which is necessary for packaging of image sensor. Besides, we have various assessment and evaluating equipment which support the product development phase to mass production, and thus, we are able to meet various customer needs quickly.
